Q. Is there a minimum order value for home heating oil?

 

A. The minimum order is 300 litres. Ordering over this amount allows us to offer you even more savings so it is usually worth ordering more to get the most value.

 

 

 

Q. How soon will I receive my delivery?

 

A. We generally deliver home heating oil the next day but if you need supply in an emergency, we will do our best to deliver you order the same day.

 

 

 

Q. Can you deliver when I am at work?

 

A. Yes, we do not need you to be at home to make the delivery so long as your fuel tank can be easily accessed. Payment is usually taken on delivery so if you will not be at home, please ensure you make payment in advance.

 

 

 

Q. How do I pay for my order?

 

A. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercards and Lazer cards and payment can be made over the phone or online in advance of your delivery. Alternatively we accept cash on delivery.
