Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility to Enter

1.       The competition commences at 8am on 20/11/24 and ends at 5pm on 19/12/24.

2.       The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

3.       By entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

4.       Employees of the company will not be included in any draws.

5.       Entries will not be accepted from Commercial Entities.

The Prize

6.       The winning prize will be a Christmas Hamper to the value of €200

7.       The Prize in non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

8.       We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

9.       Oriel Oil’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

10.   The winner will be chosen at random on the 20/12/24 and notified via the email address provided.

11.   Oriel Oil will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

12.   If the winner does not respond to the email informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Oriel Oil reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Prize Delivery

13.   You must be available to collect your Prize from Oriel Oil at a pre agreed time/date.

14.   Photos of the presentation maybe taken and used on Social Media to announce the winner.

15.   Failure to collect the prize at the agreed time/date with no advance notice, the winner forfeits their right to the prize, and Oriel Oil reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
